    Default Need help in cutting

    Hi everyone,
I am pretty sure this forum must be full of this sort of thread in which ppl are asking to get cut for summer and I am no different. In past this site always steer me in right direction but for some reason with my even hardest effort and almost perfect diet I can’t seem to get myself to a level where I can see all of my six pack and for some reason it’s getting harder this year ...
for past 2 years during this time I switch to Pulumbo Diet and watch my calorie intake very very closely and yes because of shifting to Ketosis state I do end up losing good amount of fat but no matter how hard I try I can never end up losing the lower part of my belly fat ..
If its possible I am even willing to hire someone who can guide me in right direction . my diet is clean I stay away from carbs focus on protein and Healthy fats . Here are my stats and typical daily food intake

    33 yr old male 160 lbs 5' 10" height
    Chest 42 " arms 15.5 " Waist 33 "
I want to cut my waist down to 29 to 30 "

    Daily diet
Meal 1 : 7:00 am 3 boiled eggs 1 with yolk other just plain white with a banana and green tea or black coffee
Meal 2 : 10:30 am 1 scoop of protein (30gm) with apple and Vita Freak Multi vitamin (they never make my pee yellow)
Meal 3 : 1:30 pm 6 to 8 Oz steak or Chicken breast or Tilapia fish grilled with a bowl of Salad (Green with Pickle Chilli )
    Meal 4 : 2:30 pm 3 to 4 oz of Black coffee
    4:00 pm Workout
Meal 5 : 5:30 pm 1 scoop of Protein with 5g to 10g of Glutamine in water and almond milk half and half .
Meal 6: 8:00 pm same as meal 3
Meal 7: 9:30 pm 1 Scoop of Protein with 5g of Glutamine or Blueberries or strawberries of melon .
10:30 lights out till 6:00 am

Beside this I am taking fat burner pills and as much as I hate them I really want to loose that belly fat . I am attaching the PDF version of my workout as I am following this DVD workout and for me it has work wonders
    Thanks in advance

    1. You need to track macros to get a complete overview. I think you'll see that your carbs are too high.
    2. Never seen fruit in a keto diet - bad choice of carb.
    3. Definitely not enough fat for keto - you'll realize this once you calculate macros.
    4. Almond milk - get rid of it.
    5. Hire a trainer who knows what they are doing - me, Prae, etc...
OBSESSED is just a word the LAZY use to describe the DEDICATED.

Its called hard training. I mean f*cking hard training. Something people don't do a lot of these days.

Good luck is the result of hard work and preparation.

Every time you stay out late...every time you sleep in ....every time you miss a workout...every time you don't give 100%...you make it that much easier for me to beat you.
