    Default Keto diet questions

    Just wondering about what veggies i am allowed to eat on a keto diet and also how much? Is it ok to have veggies with each meal?Also is it true keto diets spare muscle from being lost while burning fat as energy source. my cardio will be 30 min walking on a treadmill.Currently doing 4 iu of hgh,so will this help me in burning fat faster? thanks for any info,tips or comments..

    Firbrous greens are best, green beans, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, romaine, onion, etc You can have approx one cup chopped per meal. Keto diet are muscle sparing because the preferred fuel source is ketone bodies thu sbecause glucose is not preferred the body does not look to convert amino acids (muscle) into glucose via gluconeogenesis. Walking cardio is best and yes 4iu will help with fat loss and muscle preservation.

    The idea is you want to keep carb intake under 50g per day...ideally veggies in three meals and 3 shakes works well.
