Hey Durk, i pmed you....I am around currently. My health issues were totally non bb related, but affected my BBing big time.
I am 110% now, better than ive been in about 9 years now.
Finally...
We also moved to Edmonton area, and kept our farm on the island, then proceeded to buy a much larger one out here. So bringing in animals, completion of project on property 1, and projects on property 2. Along with a promotion and a much deeper career now. I had to take a wee break. Im still surprisigly in good shape, still over 225 lbs, no gear, no trng for awhile.
CC and i are gearing back up, and i am planning to get in the best shape and size ever.
Job is locked down in a good comfort zone, health is awesome, my muscles were being ART'd and stripped and i feel great.
looking forward to the rebound, and getting back on the interweb to share with my friendsw, and haters alike....lolol..
