It takes time to get really shredded and most guys under estimate the amount of fat they actually have. As Steve said keep dropping 2lbs is very good every week...be patient it will come. Most guys walking around at 200lbs think they will diet and be shredded at 185...not very likely more like 160. The good part is once you get lean you will know where you are which is further ahead then most. From there you can add lean muscle and stay relatively hard year round.

True! Most people underestimate the visceral fat, they only evaluate the epidermal fat they have to loose. When I was competing, my waist was smaller (in vacuum) then one of my leg, so I know I have a lot of sh!t lying there.
