Default 17 years without carbs, only beef and water!

    Impressive!

This family only grocery beef and water. Nothing else, not even sodium or supplements.

i always cringe when i see parents implementing extremely restrictive diets on children,
be it meat only, vegan, etc. if you're an adult eat wtf you want, its your life, your body,
but children dont have a choice in the matter. i'm sure the parents mean well.

i'm not knocking the diet, ive gone stretches eating raw meat and eggs and thats about it,
but it was my decision and i'm a grown ass man.

For me, I'm impressed they are surving on this, I would have thought there was too much nutritional void... one thing for sure, it must be boring big time.

Yes surprisingly good! Very far from the vegan-sick look.

And if you search on the site, they are quite a lot to only eat beef and water. I wonder how the body deal without the minerals and vitamins missing. I mean vit C for example it's virtually nonexistent in beef, how come they don't have scurvy...

i don't see anything wrong with the their parenting and way of llife with respect to food, i commend them actually...also, in the article it states that the father will sometimes buy food the kids want to try and then the kids lose interest becasue they realize they don't feel too good afterwards hahaha

Just read pretty much everything on that link and I'm thinking this diet is tailored for me, I love beef I can munch on raw beef all day long. Might just give this a try for 30 days, that's the amount of time they recommend for newbs.

Woah never thought by posting this someone would try it! Let us know how it goes! Did you joined the FB page ?

Not that I want to do the diet myself but I've dug out a little more on the site also, I saw they have a page that explain my exact concern about vit C. It appears that on the meat diet bypass the need f vit C.

being a bodybuilder though it's gonna be interesting to see whether you'd be able to gain any mass without carbs....i've tried to limit my carbs in the past but muscle gains were too slow for me
