    To me anything in excess tends not to work out well. I am skeptical of their claims.

    There is a community of people eating only meat from this site, they are on FB as well. Since they refused the interview somebody else will do it. It seems many of those members look good/young as well.

    I are meat for 8 months straight, but had a cheat day every week.

    I took a multi, and a Vit C everyday.

    That's a simple keto diet with refeed and very doable. However very far from what they are proposing.
