Sore nipple and small lump after two weeks of test tren

I have a lump about the size of a quarter and my nipple is sore.I just finished second week of test tren cycle.how do I fix this problem?I am currently taking .5 adex a day but it's not helping.will letrozol be better.thanks for any advice you can give me.

Another AI wont help. What should help is 20mg nolvadex daily. As a SERM it blocks the effects of estrogen and should reduce the lump somewhat and keep it under control along with the adex. You cannot fully get rid of the lump as once you have gyno the only way to fully remove it is surgery.

Thanks Prae.so continue with adex and 20 MG Nolvadex everyday until I finish cycle or should I continue after that as part of pct?

Yes if you are going to use HCH then nolva and arimidex will be a must.
