Ok past yes he has like most guys over 40 myself included. That is the main reason he has changed his training as have I in order to prevent injuries going forward yet still be able to build and maintain muscle.

His condition was (almost always is) incredible...on top of that, he mentioned he finally has feeling in his abs again so he was able to train and control them (pose properly as well)
Plus his contributions to the sport...amazing training, his nutrition / overall health advice is sound too (in my opinion)
Very happy for him - this was a long time coming!
