Looking for a Personal trainer (Not Amateur) with proper crudential.
I am a 54 years old male 5'6" , 135 Lbs with a Fibromyalgia condition . I have some muscles but have a hard time to bulk up. I'm looking for a professional trainer and bodybuilder to make me a work out routine to work with my body condition and well knowledgeable about this condition. I cannot push heavy weights due to my joint condition and want to loose some belly fat.
I workout from my house basement with the equipment I have available. I have free weights and a Weider machine but not a lot of space. No problem If I have to buy more or different equipment. I don't want to join a Gym right now but maybe in a few years when I retire. I have an elliptical machine as well. Let me know If anybody is interested in something like that.
