    Default Injured Psoas Major

    I injured my left psoas 1 year ago squatting. I now feel my left hip/groin area tight and have low back pain and spasms in left low back. Any one recommend any type of solution for my psoas? Any body have success with chiro/physio/massage? Any recommendations or suggestions is welcomed. I want to get back to heavy lifting.

    Go see a chiro who works mainly with athletes and is ART certified.
