    Default GAT Nitraflex Review

let me start off by saying, and yes this may sound cliche but I am not usually one to write reviews unless it's something very special. Within 90 seconds of taking this for the first time I knew I had something special.

From my days of being a "meathead" and playing football throughout high school to my strict eating and training schedule I have now, for the past 7 years, I have tried it all when it comes to preworkouts and GAT Nitraflex is hands down THE BEST. Preworkouts are very important to me because I workout at an extremely high level of intensity. This stuff hits you within 90 seconds, literally. And it will keep you going and going and going.

    No Creatine!

I LOVE that GAT Nitraflex doesn't have creatine because I try to stay as lean year round as possible. The pump is incredible. The focus is incredible. Strength increase is incredible. People talk poorly about the taste but I actually look forward to drinking it everyday. My tip for you is to fill up a shaker cup with about a cup and a half to 2 cups of water and add in 5 ice cubes and even a squeeze of lime if you're so inclined too and enjoy a nice cold preworkout before it's time to take off.

    Great FocuS

This powder blends with water extremely well. Better than most. I've never in the past used a preworkout to do anything other than workout until now. I used to take prescription medicine for ADHD and I can compare the focus with something of that nature. It's that powerful! I'd recommend it before any active job. Especially something like a waiter. Whether you're an NFL superstar or just looking for the focus to clean up a very messy room, I think anyone will think this stuff is amazing.

formula seems interesting but i cant stand proprietary blends.

325mg of caffeine is a lot also. i find 100mg or so to be the range that works best for me

Yeah it's annoying but I believe most brands do that now. When I first started one scoop was too much so I used 1/4 scoops until I built a tolerance. For caffeine sensitive people I would recommend the curse pre workout. I believe that is around 100mg caffeine.
