Long Term Clomid

This guy that had been on Nebido for some time aged 62 came off.He wants to have kids with a younger wife.Doc prescribed continuous clomid.Any thoughts on this Prae?What about for people on TRT?

I doubt if just clomid will do much by itself he would also need HCG. Normal sperm count is 20million per ml. I worked with the top fertility clinic in Toronto when my wife and I were looking to start a family. My count was 200,000 per ml which is basically zero chance. In 6 weeks my count climbed to 6million and my wife was pregnant two weeks after that. I ran clomid 25mg daily and 1500iu twice weekly and 20mg nolvadex daily. The clinics protocol was the clomid and HCG I just added the nolva myself. I was off everything for two months and ran that protocol for 8 weeks and then we found out my wife was pregnant. I also had HMG on hand if my sperm count wasnt high enough i would have used it but i didnt have to. The Dr was surprised it happened at only 6million but you never know i guess. HCG is higher in LH and HMG is higher in FSH so it works better at increasing sperm count.

What about not coming off TRT? Would this still be effective if somebody was using 125 mg weekly?

I would think it quite necessary to come off all TRT. The HCG will bump test and with TRT being used it will be ineffective.
