what are some good supps for tendon healing after a full rupture?
I was told
Protein: 1.5 grams per kg of body weight
• Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate: four tablespoons daily, mixed with fluid
• Buffered vitamin C: 2,000mg twice a day, as tolerated
• chicken soup or other source of bone broth
what about gh therapy for tendon repair? (would this be safe for females who are trying to get pregnant later on?)
