Peri workout you could use Whey protein + a carb like HBCD (Highly branched cyclic dextrin) and between meals: Whey protein + 1T (or more if you really want to add weight) of a fat source like EVOO, Avocado oil, PB or even eggs and/or a small avocado, etc.. much better then the sh!t they usually put in weight gainers.
