I been working out for just about 3 years now. The first year i dint really have a healthy diet, therefor wasting my time almost
Second year, I was getting use to proper diet, healthy lifestyle, and proper form.
Now I'm starting my 3rd year, i have learned proper form, my lifestyle is now a healthy diet. I still have lots of room for improvement, and i need help and advice to get the shape i need. I was wondering where i can post my diet, my work routine, and my goals. So i can get the proper help and advice.
