you have a lot of sub Q fat to burn off bro. search through the forums here on introductory weight training programs and diets. you need to start eating high protein and fats, and reduce your carbs big time.

use the search button for a bit.

bravo on posting pics though. takes balls to do that.

Whats your height, weight, lifting back ground and goals?
To be honest you look like you have a good amount of muscle hiding under a good amount of fat. If you told me you hadn't lifted weights in the past I would have a hard time believing you.

If your looking to get ripped I second what #8 said. Eat a ton of protein, good amount of fats and reduce carbs. Most importantly though, eat less. Obviously it's not quite that straight forward, but with a little research and learning you can put together a good plan for yourself. I always find a plan is essential in reaching goals, especially with my diet. No plan always equals grabbing junk to eat.

Welcome to the site and good luck!

    Hey,

I agree it looks like you've got some solid muscle there just waiting to come out and it sounds like you have good experience lifting weights. Great place to be!

I think you're challenge and key to success is going to be learning as much as you can about nutrition and diet.

Doing cardio will also help you out in reaching your goals. Don't blow a tire right out of the gates though by going full tilt. If you haven't done a lot of cardio before, I would suggest starting off 20 - 30min if you can of moderate intensity doing whatever it is you enjoy.

I would also recommend changing up what you do for cardio every now and then to keep things interesting and help you stay motivated. Take up an active sport, sign up for a spin or exercise class. Take some long walks or hikes, etc..

    Good luck,
