^^ im pretty hurt by that.

you're right. drugs have no part in bodybuilding and never did. its the hard work and eating properly that makes them win. that must be why natural bodybuilders are so much bigger than the doped ones. they work that much harder to make up for it.

    keep on keepin on.

as usual and because you are a complete retard (now I know why your med student EX broke up with you...) you take what I said out of context. No where have I ever said drugs don't play a role in bodybuilding at a high-level but in your Phil Heath thread you suggest his progression was a solely due to GH (drugs).

And as I contend these guys lead a very different lifestyle than we do. Their intensity in the gym is incredible. On your best day I doubt you (or me even) could keep up with their worst day. They don't miss meals. They don't miss workouts. They don't stay up til 3am boozing or out at the bars.

Bodybuilding and especially at that level is a 24 hour a day job. You either do it or you don't. To suggest (which you have) their progress is solely due to drugs and more drugs you are so clearly delusional its not even funny. YOUR body may be the result of drugs but there's a distinct difference between them and you. Or even LondonMuscle, DeltKing, JohnnyO, Praetorian (just to name a few) and you.

If your challenged brain can't get your ahead around this then you should rethink your academic studies.
I lost 20 pounds...How? I drank bear piss and took up fencing. How the **** you think, son? I exercised.

This guy is a freak but it's true, I can't even think of how a pro bodybuilder juggles everything they do, with work, a family/ kids and still have the energy and passion to keep improving year to year. If drugs will do that, please send them this way and I wont even worry about eating anymore haha

What i still dont understand is, how some pp like Pro who have a full time job, can achieve the physique of full time level bbers like Mike. Professionals eat like its their full time job, how the hell can someone who has a full time job even compete, but guys like Prot DO.

    boggles my mind too.

Priorities tho. I'm friends with a former competitive BB'er (IFBB card) and to this day he still eats and trains like he's competing. He will finish a 60 hour work week in 4 days then drive home (power lineman on an out of town crew) for 5 hours and if he is scheduled to workout on that day he will still workout regardless if he is tired or whatnot.
