Now for the critic

You are closer to 13% bodyfat then 10% bodyfat, I don't care the method it's wrong. Nothing wrong with that it's just not accurate so don't get caught up in numbers too much.

As far as weak bodyparts, well you need to add meat everywhere, nothing appears weak just need more muslce everywhere. Don't focus on specialisation routines when you have so much meat to put on. Just build man, keep training hard and progressively heavier and keep eating progressively more food. The food is the secret, honestly I wish I knew that when I was your age.

The young guys that cut and bulk every year don't progress very quickly especially naturals and I really hope you stay natural...

If you want to look like a bodybuilder take a solid 3 yrs to gain and then cut up. If you are dead set on competing young I would recommend to compete only every other year to give you the chance to grow.
