    Default diet help

    Hi everyone,

I am interested in toning and fat lose. I bit of bulk is ok, but I am not looking for a lot. I am wondering if there is some recommended natural supplements out there that everyone can recommend. Thanks in advance!

Protein powder. Eat a lot of protein and vegetables, get some good fats in and keep the carbs low.

Thanks! I try to eat high protien - I find that really helps me drop the pounds. I just want to lose quite a bit more body fat.

I wrote an article for my Facebook group that outlines good diet guidelines that would get most people pretty close to attaining their physique goals just by following them.

Check it out, you might find it helpful:

Every time you stay out late...every time you sleep in ....every time you miss a workout...every time you don't give 100%...you make it that much easier for me to beat you.

Thanks! I have already been following most of your tips by following the eat clean diet, but I haven't seen tip #6 before. I will have to try it! I will have to re-vamp my breakfast on my day off, I normally eat oatmeal.
