    Supplements are not going to do much for a rotator cuff injury. You need to address the injury specifically and that means a full and complete diagnosis possibly an ultrasound or MRI to see the actual damage. Then a full rehab program can be started....ART is one of the best therapies.
    Supplements can assist in healing etc but you need to assess why the injury occurred and how to prevent it in the future because rotator cuff injuries are very repetitive and frequently re-occur.
    Since you are located in Toronto I would really suggest going to see Dr Joe Kottoor...he is one of the best at diagnosing and treated athletic injuries.
