    Default AAS bulking diet

    This will be my 3rd cycle: test,deca, and d bol, bulk cycle.I looked in the diet section but can anyone recommend a good diet for a bulking cycle?i am looking to put on 20 pounds(presently 6 foot 230).I am not a hard gainner like others on here who i have read posts about but any info would really help me out.Thanks.

    Why dont you make the diet so people will critique it. Or there are people on this board you can pay to coach you

    Agreed, posting your diet would be helpful.
