Thanks for the advice on that, I think I may leave the ketones alone and just take L-carnitine along with the EC stack. I will work up to 3 doses a day with the EC doing 24mg/200mg.
I am going to take the L-carnitine at the same time as well and see how well they work together. Does anyone know if there is any problems in mixing them together and should I just take my L-carnitine in between doses of EC and spread them out through the day? I am new to some of this but I have taken high-stimulant fat burners before and caffeine so I know how my body reacts. Any help would be great.
