I posted this in the Nationals thread... Chris came in 2nd in the super heavies and 3rd in the Master Heavy...
My good buddy who manages one of my gyms, Christopher Wong is doing the Nationals for super heavy and Masters (he's 45!)... He did the Ontario's over the weekend to get some practice on stage... 10.5 weeks to go... Here's are some pics from the weekend... He's the asian dude in pics... nice improvement from last year when he decided to step on step on stage for the 1st time in 20 years with 6 weeks of prep!
