Im in peace river. Its a brand new 2200sq.ft home thats gone up 200 000$ allready this year. the patch is just starting to boom here where attched to the same oil sand belt as fort mac. so in the next few years I'll beable to rent this place out for 4500-5000$ month to some oil company and put $3500 a month in my pocket. Gotta love buying at the right time. Time is right now man
