Woke up this morning at 167.8 lbs! You can tell the carb depletion is causing a drop in weight via less glycogen and water retained - plus I'm in a great cal deficit.
I actually really liked how I looked this morning though; much tighter but still full somehow - perhaps from the extra fats?
I will depleted Sun-Weds at 5pm, then start my carb load postworkout![]()
