After 3 weeks of pain I found out I have tendinitis in my wrist. Having a hard time getting my workouts in. Anyone have alternative ideas for chest or arm workouts? Thanks

I had it bad in April , May and June. Could barely grip a golf club, training was painful as hell , especially heavy presses and curls. I simply took three weeks off from both and it went away. IF you must train then do cable crossovers , flies and bodyweight dips. Concentration curls and kickbacks, rope pushdowns. BUT I'd simply rest it and get back to training as you normally would afterwards.
Awesome thanks, pain just started to go away after 4 weeks. Started doing some light cable cross overs. Hope it doesn't reoccur to much in the future.
I get 5 hours away from the wife , smoke a dart a hole, drink pints and if that isn't healthy enough I get some fresh air too. Plus I get to smash something without going to jail. And my quads look sick in shorts lol. Nothin like it bro !
Oh yeah - 19 year old cart girls FTW.
