shitty situation your in Talo, hope you get better big guy!!
the only injury i've had and I think is a pretty severe one, I ruptured my quads tendon.
Its been 3 months from the injury, as for your question I still feel abit of pain. I was out of the gym for a little over 3 months, and because i couldn't get up off a chair i had to get my meals made for me so i ate like a normal human and lost around 50 pounds.
currently going to physio 3 times a week.
now i'm walking and back in the gym mainly doing upper body, and it feels GREAT!!!
