And this lack of practice shows greatly in your lack of transitions. I'll give you credit in that you hit your poses well for the most part, but (and this is meant for all competitors) you are out there to entertain the audience and sure you aren't getting scored on your posing like we did back in the day but that doesn't mean you can't perform a more entertaining routine. So I suggest you look to some of the great posers in the sport current or past like Labrada, Corney, Wolf etc. and hell even watch how some of the FBBs pose as the gals generally put far more effort into their presentation and this makes it entertaining for the audience. Pay close attention to how they flow from pose to pose and learn to adopt this and you'll have an audience eating out of your hand.

Thankfully though you didn't just walk from one side of the stage to the other hitting most muscular's like some morons do...and ya this includes a number of pro's as well..... So although for a first routine you did ok from here on out you need to put more effort into your posing routines.
